ABOUT RUSS:

Russ has quickly become an integral part of our Seaside coaching family. He played college ball for Cal Poly SLO and for San Diego State. He has been coaching in Poway for 10 years including 2 years at Poway High where he helped the boys win 2 CIF championship and 1 for the girls. He also worked as an assistant coach for the San Diego Spikers, a women's professional volleyball team.

Russ is currently a teacher in the Poway Unified School District.
