ABOUT MICHELL:

Michell is entering her 10th year of coaching and her 3rd here at SDVBC. She played  throughout her college career at Northern Arizona University where she was Player of the Year in 1999. Michell is currently the JV coach at Valley Center High School where she and her husband, Nathan, run the volleyball program. Michell is a strong believer in creating a love for the game for all of her players by teaching the proper techniques and concepts of the game. She is a competitive player and coach and looks to instill that fire in her players so they can be the best players they can possibly be. She strives to be the best role model she can be for the girls so they are comfortable with who they are as players on the court as well as individuals off the court.

A BIT MORE ABOUT MICHELL:

Michell is a San Diego native and played for SDVBC in the early 90s. She and Nate are expecting a baby boy in a few months and have an almost 2-year old daughter, Brayden.
