ABOUT JALENE:

Jalene has been coaching at SDVBC since 2003. A Poway High alum, Jalene went on to be an outside hitter for Cascade College in Portland, Oregon. She is currently a physical education teacher at Potter Jr. High in Fallbrook. She earned her Master’s degree in Physical Education and Sport from Azusa Pacific University in 2008. Her thesis proved that participation in club volleyball enhances a girls’ self-image. Jalene is excited to work and coach young ladies; who not only want to continue their volleyball career in college but want to become successful young women.

A BIT MORE ABOUT JALENE:

Jalene was a 2 sport athlete in college, running track in addition to playing on the  volleyball team. Oustside of coaching, Jalene enjoys spending time with her husband and 13-month old son, Delonte.
